My work brings together education communications, employer partnerships, video production and international digital learning. Different audiences and technologies, with a consistent focus on making learning useful, engaging and accessible.
Through my contracted work with Schudio, I support schools and trusts with their website content, marketing and communications. The focus is on making information clearer, bringing each organisation’s character to life and helping audiences find what they need.
Visit Schudio ↗My work began with U-Explore in February 2018. Following its acquisition by First Media in 2025, I continue through the Edazoo brand, leading the education component and working with large employers to connect with schools and colleges.
This includes careers learning, virtual work experience and programmes that help young people understand industries, develop skills and see possibilities for their future.

Maria Ison described the virtual work experience programme delivered with Edazoo as “another great session” and said she was “already looking forward to the next one”.
I produce and edit video that helps young people explore careers, understand new concepts and develop their skills. The format follows the audience: an accessible explainer, a conversation with an employer or a film that captures the character of a place.
An example of how I use Synthesia to help young people explore concepts and skills. Clear scripting and thoughtful editing turn specialist knowledge into learning people can follow.
For ongoing production, I can combine a client’s authorised synthesised voice with their own supporting footage, creating a consistent approach to future videos and updates.
A recorded Teams conversation can bring an unfamiliar career within reach. I shape and edit these sessions to help young people discover roles, hear different perspectives and connect what they learn with the world of work.
My Garstang film is an example of my live filming and music editing. Carefully chosen shots, pacing and slow motion can give a film room to breathe and help the audience connect with what they see.
I work internationally with organisations developing virtual learning environments, using Thinkific alongside different website technologies. The aim is to give specialist expertise a clear, usable home and help learners find their way through it.
